The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform our users or potential users of our policies on your privacy rights regarding our collection, use, storage, processing, disclosure and security of your information when you use K Dong.

Personal identification - your full name, date of birth, place of birth, citizenship, age, gender.
Contact information - address, phone number, email address.
Identification - government issued identification document.
Financial information - bank account details, monthly income, e-wallet account, monthly income, source of income, outstanding loans.
Professional background - educational background, employment status, company name, company address and company contact number.
Device information - device type, operating system, device specifications.
Location - longitude, latitude.
Other applications installed - text messages, camera, calendar, storage, media, photos, and files.
The user certifies that any person other than the user providing his or her information has consented to the disclosure, processing and storage of his or her information in accordance with this Privacy Policy
2.Information collection
Information collected when using the application
K Dong strictly adhere to the User Privacy Policy and Data Security Policy
a) Location
Monitoring and collection: collect and monitor information about the coarse location of your device with your consent
Purpose: Based on the location information of the device, calculations are made to establish the user's credit score model; to avoid the loss and theft of the user's device, causing unnecessary trouble and influencing customer service
Data storage: With your consent, data will be encrypted and uploaded to our app dedicated server http://api.hizyl.com.
b) Phone and Device
monitor and collect: Collect and monitor specific information about your device, including but not limited to your phone number，device name, model number, region and language settings, device identifier, device hardware and software information, IP address, status, usage habits, unique device identifiers such as IMEI and serial number.
Purpose: To uniquely identify the device and to ensure that unauthorized devices do not act on your behalf to prevent fraud.
Phone and device data storage: With your consent, phone and device data will be encrypted and uploaded to our app dedicated server http://api.hizyl.com.
c) Camera
Purpose :With your consent, this permission will allow you to upload photos or files to verify that the action is performed by you and not by someone else
d) Data Storage
Monitoring and Collection: When you upload photos using features such as photography, K Dong collects your images as part of the information with your permission. Also collects information from your files to assess your risk profile and determine your eligibility for loans
Purpose: To help you fill in relevant pictures and other information during the loan application process. In addition, this information is required for risk analysis so that we can check and refer to it to assess your risk profile and confirm your eligibility for a loan
Data storage: With your consent, data will be encrypted and uploaded to our app dedicated server http://api.hizyl.com.
e) SMS Logs
Monitoring and collection: we will use "filter out" to only access your financial related sms logs
Purpose: We will only read the sms logs of recent days and filter out non-financial related messages in order to analyze and assess your creditability risk so that we can configure out the best loan product for you.
f) Image Information
Monitoring and collection: When you upload photos using functions such as photography, K Dong will collect documents and images of your ID card with your permission to complete the KYC process for opening an account at K Dong
Purpose: To help you fill in relevant pictures and other information during the loan application process
Data storage: With your consent, data will be encrypted and uploaded to our application dedicated server http://api.hizyl.com.
g) Call logs
Monitoring and collection: When you register or log in to our application through language verification, we may collect your recent call logs.
Purpose: For identity verification and prevention of identity theft and loan fraud, this enables us to verify whether the SIM card in your device matches the registered phone number used to receive the verification code.
Data storage: To identify potential fraud risks, this data may be uploaded to our server http://api.hizyl.com for risk identification purposes. Please rest assured that your data is only used for this purpose and will be deleted after use. We take data privacy very seriously and will never share your information with third parties.
h) Other
Monitoring and collection: With your consent, we collect memory, application service interaction, crash information, anr information and other data.
Purpose: The above information will be used to analyze application performance and provide you with a better service experience
Data storage: With your consent, data will be encrypted and uploaded to our app dedicated server http://api.hizyl.com.
Storage, retention, and disposal of information
· K Dong ensures that the user’s information are protected by using secured servers, firewalls, encryptions and other latest security tools.
· K Dong protects the user by allowing a complex password. It is the user’s responsibility to protect his/her account’s access information such as user ID and password as to prevent access by unauthorized parties.
· We send a verification code to the user to ascertain his/her identity before gaining access to the account.
· We retain the user’s Personal Information for the following purposes:
1. Information is still necessary for our services and for a reasonable time after completion of services.
2. Information is required in order to comply with any legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Disposal of Personal Information that are no longer necessary for our services will be performed securely and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Deletion of information
If you want to stop using our service and delete your K Dong account, please send a request email to shiguangjizhang@gmail.com, we will ask you to provide your account information and related proof to verify and validate your identity; after verification, we will delete your account and related data.
Rights of the user
The user is entitled to the following:
· Be informed whether personal information pertaining to him or her shall be, are being or have been processed
· Be furnished the information indicated hereunder before the entry of his or her personal information into the processing system of the personal information controller, or at the next practical opportunity:
1. Description of the personal information to be entered into the system
2. Purposes for which they are being or are to be processed
3. Scope and method of the personal information processing
4. The recipients or classes of recipients to whom they are or may be disclosed
5. Methods utilized for automated access, if the same is allowed by the data subject, and the extent to which such access is authorized
6. The identity and contact details of the personal information controller or its representative
7. The period for which the information will be stored
8. The existence of their rights, i.e., to access, correction, as well as the right to lodge a complaint before the Commission
· Right to consent
· Reasonable access to, upon demand, the following:
1. Contents of his or her personal information that were processed
2. Sources from which personal information were obtained
3. Names and addresses of recipients of the personal information
4. Manner by which such data were processed
5. Reasons for the disclosure of the personal information to recipients
6. Information on automated processes where the data will or likely to be made as the sole basis for any decision significantly affecting or will affect the data subject
7. Date when his or her personal information concerning the data subject were last accessed and modified
8. The designation, or name or identity and address of the personal information controller
· Dispute the inaccuracy or error in the personal information and have the personal information controller correct it immediately and accordingly, unless the request is vexatious or otherwise unreasonable. If the personal information have been corrected, the personal information controller shall ensure the accessibility of both the new and the retracted information and the simultaneous receipt of the new and the retracted information by recipients thereof: Provided, That the third parties who have previously received such processed personal information shall he informed of its inaccuracy and its rectification upon reasonable request of the data subject
· Suspend, withdraw or order the blocking, removal or destruction of his or her personal information from the personal information controller’s filing system upon discovery and substantial proof that the personal information are:
1. Incomplete
2. Outdated
3. False
4. unlawfully obtained
5. used for unauthorized purposes
6. are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected
In this case, the personal information controller may notify third parties who have previously received such processed personal information and be indemnified for any damages sustained due to such inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained or unauthorized use of personal information.
· File a complaint
You have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate government agencies for any violation of your rights as a data subject, including the National Privacy Commission of the Vietnam.
Please note that there may be occasions when you wish to exercise your rights and we are unable to agree to your request (e.g., because we have compelling legitimate grounds for using or processing your information or because we need to retain your information to comply with a legal obligation).
· Transmissibility - The lawful heirs and assigns of the data subject may invoke the rights of the data subject for, which he or she is an heir or assignee at any time after the death of the data subject or when the data subject is incapacitated or incapable of exercising the rights as enumerated in the immediately preceding section.
· Data Portability - The data subject shall have the right, where personal information is processed by electronic means and in a structured and commonly used format, to obtain from the personal information controller a copy of data undergoing processing in an electronic or structured format, which is commonly used and allows for further use by the data subject. The Commission may specify the electronic format referred to above, as well as the technical standards, modalities and procedures for their transfer.
· Non-Applicability - The immediately preceding sections are not applicable if the processed personal information are used only for the needs of scientific and statistical research and, on the basis of such, no activities are carried out and no decisions are taken regarding the data subject: Provided, That the personal information shall be held under strict confidentiality and shall be used only for the declared purpose. Likewise, the immediately preceding sections are not applicable to processing of personal information gathered for the purpose of investigations in relation to any criminal, administrative or tax liabilities of a data subject.
Information related to children
We don’t provide service to people under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal data to us, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 18 without verifying parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers. If you believe that we may have information from or about someone under the age of 18, please contact us using the information provided in the "Contact Us" section below.
